User Responsibilities and Commitments
Your obligations and commitments:
- Provide clear, accurate, and complete event requirement information to enable us to provide precise services.
- Provide all necessary reference materials and authorizations as required by the service agreement.
- Respond and communicate promptly regarding feedback and issues with 鲸鱼直播's services.
- Complete relevant fee payments promptly according to the payment cycle and methods stipulated in the service agreement.
Fee Structure and Payment
All service fees and quotes are priced in Chinese Yuan (CNY), unless otherwise explicitly stated in specific service descriptions.
- A certain percentage of service prepayment is usually required before service commencement.
- All service fees must be settled in full before the final delivery of service content.
- If the user is overdue with payment, they may be subject to corresponding late fees or interest.
Content Updates and Platform Adjustments
Our standard services include:

- Weekly Popular Event Reviews
In-depth event analysis beyond the scope of standard services will incur additional charges based on our published standard hourly rates.
Intellectual Property Statement
Upon completion of payment, you will receive:
- Users will obtain authorization to use specific content after paying the service fees.
- 鲸鱼直播 reserves the right to display and promote relevant event content within the platform.
- Original event data and platform technology belong to 鲸鱼直播, unless users separately purchase data usage rights.
Service Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms:
- Users may apply to cancel services under the conditions stipulated in this agreement and related service agreements.
- Once services have commenced, paid service fees are generally non-refundable.
- Users are responsible for paying for the completed portion of services, even if the service is not fully concluded.
Scope of Liability Limitation
鲸鱼直播 is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or business opportunities incurred by the user from using the services.
- Service issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
In any event, 鲸鱼直播's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service package that gave rise to the dispute.
Platform Usage Regulations
When using this platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of platform content without the written permission of 鲸鱼直播.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt our platform systems or networks.
- Using the 鲸鱼直播 platform for any illegal activities or to disseminate illegal information.
- Intentionally interfering with the normal operation, security, or data transmission of the platform.
Governing Law
The interpretation, validity, and performance of this User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Upon agreement updates, we will notify you through platform announcements or the contact information you provided during registration. Your continued use of our services after the agreement is updated signifies your acceptance of the updated agreement terms.
